Theodor Kubak is a global expert in the hospitality industry, with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. As a Managing Partner at Arbireo Hospitality Investment Home and Value One Hospitality, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in creating and managing hospitality funds, developing ESG-compliant investment projects, and driving capital sourcing and investment strategies.
Theodor's extensive experience includes managing a portfolio worth nearly €4.3 billion at Union Investment Real Estate and co-founding HAMA Europe, where he continues to advocate for sustainability and excellence in hotel asset management.
